Complete the warranty claim form. Completing this form is mandatory to submit a warranty claim. We will process your request within 24 hours.

I want to return my order, how do I do this?
Of course you can return your order. We have made this easy for you via a return portal. Follow the instructions on: https://vannbottles.com/pages/retourneren .
Please note! Used products cannot be returned. Do not send them in, because we will not accept them. This prevents unnecessary costs for you. Has your product been used and are you not satisfied? Please contact us so that we can look for a suitable solution together.
I have a complaint, what now?
Did something unexpectedly not go as planned? We'd be happy to resolve it for you. Feel free to email us at customersupport@vannbottles.nl. To help you as quickly as possible, it would be helpful if you could send us a photo or short video so we can take a look. We see your feedback as the perfect opportunity to make VANN even better, so we're ready to help!
Where is my package?
Check where your package is via our track & trace tool. This can be done with your order number and email address: Open Track&trace tool
Shortly after your order we sent you an email with the title "On the way". In this email you will find the track & trace information. Did you not receive this email and is it longer than 48 hours after your order? Then contact us.
Is your order on its way, but not yet delivered? We ask for your patience. Unfortunately, there may be delays at the parcel service.
Also check with your neighbors if the package has been delivered there. In the meantime, it may help to contact the parcel service. You can find the contact details on the website of the carrier.
If the package has not been delivered 5 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will ensure that your order is resent.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium is 24-48 hours. For Germany the delivery time is 2-3 days, and for the rest of Europe 4-6 days. Please note: unfortunately, there may be delays at the parcel service.
We ask for your patience. In the meantime, please contact your carrier. If your package has not been delivered 5 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
My order was not delivered complete or was damaged during transport. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will ensure that you receive a solution immediately.
How can I claim under the warranty?
We offer a 21-day satisfaction guarantee. If your order is less than 21 days old, please contact us. For orders older than 21 days, you must submit a warranty claim using the form at the bottom of this page. It is important to provide as clear information as possible so that we can properly assess your claim. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
