14 + 14 days return policy
You have 14 days after receipt to register your return. After that, you have another 14 days to send the package back to us.
Hygiene first
For hygiene reasons, we only accept unused items in their original condition. Used them and not satisfied? Contact us!
Fast refund
After shipping, please send us your Track & Trace code. Once we receive your package, we'll refund your purchase price within 14 days. (Return shipping costs of approximately €7.25 are at your own expense.)
Hoe werkt het en wat is het herroepingsrecht?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. We will then refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to our online store (approximately €7.25 per package).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original, unused condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge for this reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and package it securely.
